General Delivery Info
Delivery
All orders are delivered by courier.North Island orders are usually delivered the next working day if placed by 2 p.m. (Mon-Friday), but the couriers cannot guarantee this.
South Island delivery usually within 2-3 working days (Mon-Friday)
For delivery to all rural areas allow an additional 1-3 days depending on courier schedules.
Saturday delivery is usually available in larger areas - please enquire.
We always do our best to have your gift delivered on the day requested but please note that the couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays; any orders placed very late on Friday afternoon or during weekend hours cannot be dispatched before Monday. Any orders received with delivery dates that do not meet the delivery timeframes above will still be couriered but are likely to arrive after your requested delivery date if you have not allowed sufficient time for the couriers to deliver it within the guidelines.
Please note there are no deliveries on Sunday or public holidays.
While we make every effort to ensure your gift arrives on the day requested, we cannot guarantee either the time or day of delivery, especially if you have ordered late in the day or during peak periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day. Non-performance by the courier to deliver on a specific day or at a specific time will not result in any refund for any reason.
Please note that during the busy Christmas period there may be delays due to the high volume of orders and deliveries. We recommend that you plan well in advance for December orders. We suggest you place your order early, and we will despatch your gift to arrive as close as possible to the requested delivery date. Due to high demand, couriers can take several days to deliver parcels prior to Christmas, and we would rather have your gift arrive a day or two early rather than a day late.
Freight charges
$12 nationwide - and we don't charge any extra if you've ordered more than one gift to be delivered at the same time to the same person at the same address!
Cut-off times
Generally, you need to place your order by 2pm for next day delivery to main city centres.
Multiple Recipients - Multiple Shipping Locations
Please place separate orders for shipping to multiple addresses. Delivery is $12 per delivery address.
Please feel free to fax a list of names and addresses if this is easier for you if you're sending lots of gifts to more than one recipient.
General delivery info
Please ensure you have supplied the correct delivery address (not a Private Bag or PO Box number). We cannot take any responsibility if you supply incorrect delivery details.
For Hospital deliveries, please ensure you have the correct name & address of the hospital, ward number and correct name of the patient. It is important to note there can be lengthy delays between the courier delivering the gift to the hospital and the gift then being transferred to the patient by a hospital orderly. We strongly recommend that you consider sending any gifts to the recipient's home address to ensure they receive it safely.
For deliveries to apartments, please ensure someone will be home on the expected day of delivery. Security codes and access can make it difficult to arrange delivery.
We recommend that you supply the recipient's phone number if possible to assist with any delivery queries.
Gift Baskets made to order onsite
All our gift baskets are designed, made onsite and dispatched from our premises in Mount Maunganui to ensure our strict quality control process is followed. All gift baskets that are destined for courier delivery throughout New Zealand are packed into cardboard cartons so that your gift arrives as fresh as it was when it left our premises.
